Please note that we currently cannot provide coverage for roofers or snow removal contractors, and HVAC/plumbers are considered on a limited basis.

At InsureBC Underwriting Services Ltd, our Property & Casualty Insurance offers comprehensive coverage tailored for diverse business needs. Whether clients need package policies or specific property and liability protection, we provide flexible options, including coverage limits up to $12 million for property and $5 million for liability. Our specialized insurance caters to various sectors, including contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, warehousing, and realty. Additionally, we offer solutions for hard-to-place accounts, including distressed properties, businesses with multiple claims, or those without previous insurance, ensuring all businesses are protected.

Coverage is available for vacant buildings/condos on a short term basis up to a maximum term of 6 months. Please note we are only able to stay on risk for buildings where the total period of vacancy is less than 2 years.We are able to consider both semi-protected and unprotected risks, including risks that are pending demolition. Coverage is offered on a Named Perils basis with Sewer Backup, Flood, Earthquake, Service Line, and EBI available by endorsement for select risks.
