Vacant Buildings/Condos

Coverage is available for vacant buildings/condos on a short term basis up to a maximum term of 6 months. Please note we are only able to stay on risk for buildings where the total period of vacancy is less than 2 years.

We are able to consider both semi-protected and unprotected risks, including risks that are pending demolition. Coverage is offered on a Named Perils basis with Sewer Backup, Flood, Earthquake, Service Line, and EBI available by endorsement for select risks.
